These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.funa.digital and any services provided by Funa Digital Marketing. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Funa Digital Marketing provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: paid media management, lead generation, content creation, branding, social media management, web development and marketing consulting. The specific services, deliverables and timeline for each engagement are outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal.

2. Payment Terms

For retainer services, payment is due at the start of each billing period (monthly). For one-time projects (including the Summer Offer package), payment is due prior to commencement of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, debit card, credit card and Tamara (interest-free instalments)
Invoices are issued in AED (UAE Dirhams)
Late payments may result in pausing of services
Ad spend budgets are separate from our service fees and paid directly to the advertising platforms

3. Summer Offer Package — Specific Terms

The Summer Offer (AED 2,999) is subject to the following specific conditions:

Limited to 10 clients at this price — first come, first served
Offer valid until June 30, 2026, or until spots are filled
The 7-day delivery clock starts upon receipt of your completed intake form
One round of revisions is included
Ad spend is not included and paid directly to Meta/Google by the client
The package price covers setup only — ongoing management is available separately
Tamara split payment available: 3 × AED 1,000 interest-free

4. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver your project on time, you agree to:

Provide all required information and assets within agreed timescales
Provide access to relevant accounts (ad accounts, social media, domain, etc.) when requested
Respond to review requests within 48 hours to avoid delays
Ensure all content provided is accurate and compliant with UAE regulations

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables created for you become your property. Funa Digital Marketing retains the right to display work in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.

Any pre-existing intellectual property used in deliverables (stock images, licensed fonts, etc.) remains subject to the relevant third-party licences.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, financial data, customer information and trade secrets.

7. Results Disclaimer

While we apply best practices and strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from marketing campaigns. Digital marketing results depend on many factors including market conditions, budget, competition and platform algorithm changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Funa Digital Marketing's liability in connection with any services is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate retainer agreements with 30 days written notice. For project-based work, termination after commencement of work may result in payment for work completed to date. One-time packages are non-refundable once work has commenced.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
